We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee if there are issues with the locked features of our service, such as a server being down for 3 consecutive days or more, subject to proof.

No refunds will be provided for issues related to your ISP or internet subscription.

We do not issue refunds if you change your mind about our service after purchasing. This applies especially if you have already used a trial period. If you’re unable or unwilling to work with us to resolve any issues or respond to our queries regarding the module’s operation, we may not be able to issue a refund.
